Who Dat?

A fishing market in Sanford, FL. The shack and shanty were tucked in the woods. It is very hard to find if you are not looking for it. The airboats in the foreground held people cleaning their fish in late afternoon.  The name comes from the name of my uncle’s airboat that was named, ‘who dat?’

Painted with greens, blues, and siennas, this watercolor realist impression has a lot of character and mystery. Who Dat? took me two days to paint.
