Standard Shipping Rates:
Delivery Time: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. Our processing time is 3-5 business days. You should expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days.
Priority Processing: We are not offering expedited shipping at this time. If it is urgent, please feel free to give us a call and we might be able to expedite your order depending upon our available stock.
Tracking Your Shipment: When your order ships, we send you a Shipping Notification email with the carrier’s tracking number.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement. Simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to email@example.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the item number (SKU on the packing list), a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a Replacement or a Refund. Your request processes within 48 hours, and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.
If you would prefer to ship your item(s), please pack them in the original box and include a copy of the packing list included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
We strongly encourage you to return your items via a trackable method.
Sales tax is added to orders shipped to Florida addresses.
